This apple and cinnamon flavour porridge contains gluten free oat flour, whey protein, vitamins and minerals, plus clinically studied ingredients – gold kiwi fruit (Livaux™) and haskap berries.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) contributes to normal mental performance and calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

How to use

Blend 70g (5 x heaped tablespoons) of Tri Active Protein Smooth Porridge into 200ml of boiling water, milk or plant-based drink and stir well. Use a little less or add more liquid to make it perfect for you

Supplement your existing porridge or stir in with regular oats. Add your favourite fresh berries, superfoods and yogurt to this fine oat blend for a great start to your day
